The best fishing will be from a boat. Anglers can launch at an improved boat ramp at Boice Cope County Park. Boat anglers are reminded to clean all aquatic vegetation off their boats and trailers before heading home to help control the spread non-native plants and animals. The lake can be very windy, so anglers will want to check weather before heading out. Early mornings or late evenings tend to be the best.
