Due to extreme drought conditions in the area, Phillips Reservoir water levels are currently the lowest observed in it’s 56 year history. Stocking will continue for May fishing opportunity, which means fishing should be quite good (more fish, smaller area) throughout the rest of May and into June. Please note that those looking to launch a boat should avoid the Union Creek Campground boat launch as the water level is far below the launch – please use the boat ramp near Mason Dam
