The Upper Sacramento has been fishing great this week! Water conditions are low and clear. Dry dropper rigs are the ticket right now. You will find cooler water conditions above Sims Road, but don't ignore the lower sections of the river. October caddis should continue to pop for another week or two. The Fly Shop (530) 222-3555
