Trout continue to bite at LV

Wind continues to be a pest to anglers. Trout limits are common and another plant of 2,000 pounds from the Mount Lassen Hatchery went in Tuesday. A 7.34 pound striper was caught with an anchovie from Peninsula Cove by 12-year old Brandon Castro of San Jose. A 7.91 pound trout was caught by Steve Quist of San Mateo using a Krocodile in South Cove. (925) 371-2628
