Trout nibbling at Quarry Lakes

Trout bite has started. Water temp in the morning is 69 degrees and the water has cleared. A few smallmouth also are being caught by those trolling for trout. Shoreline anglers use rainbow or green Power Bait. A few have caught limits. A plant of 1,250 pounds of trout went in last week and another 750 pounds will go in this week. (510) 544-3133
