The water temps are starting to creep up with the stripers responding. Best time to fish is during the outgoing tide. The last of the incoming and slack tide is slow. Stripers are being found in 4-15 ft of water, so fish the appropriate sink rate line from an intermediate to a T-14. Use lots of pauses in your strip. Once you find the fish, do not lose them as they are not very spread out. Best action remains on and near the San Joaquin. Weedbeds are dying off so concentrate your efforts on the points of islands, current seams, flats and drop-offs. Fishing will improve as water temps rise.
